Noise when we complained, felt like the manger didn’t really care

The cleaning team need to pay more attention when cleaning..small things like toothpaste marks on the sink cupboard..dirt/rubbish under the fridgeTv was not available smart tv so not able to watch Netflix etc

Staff were amazing, food was excellent and the hotel itself was beautiful. Everyone was courteous at all times

Rooms are large and comfortable

The safe did not work, the shower door is on the wrong side by the drain so water always leaks into the rest of the bathroom

The size of the room was big

Even after checking in at 8 or 9 p.m there was no stirrer or a spoon for the tea n coffee

Rooms were spacious and hotel was clean. Lobby was quite big.

I left some items in my room and the hotel staff didn't bother calling me to remind & collect. Restaurant services & waiting time was very very bad. AC also didn't work.

Breakfast had a variety of choice and you could always ask for something if it was available. The location was ideal right near to the shopping centre. Room was clean and facilities were good.

Cockroach on surface in dining room around food and staff didn't care. Also cockroaches in downstairs bathrooms Reception staff were unhelpful, I asked for 2 rooms to be next door to each other multiple times but instead they decided to put us on opposite sides of the corridor. First time staying here and I'm not impressed. Swimming pool was out of use

Clean safe and welcoming friendly staff.

Walls a thin could even hear the neighbours snoring. Room service charged me cash then reception charged me again double, they couldn’t find proof that I paid cash, but still refunded me but made e look like liar

Property was clean overall. The washroom in room though had hairs when we came . Seems like they forgot to clean it.

The whole time we were in room, AC did not work. It was set at 25. Asked for maintenance to check multiple times. The came , checked and assured it will work, but it didn’t. Please note that we were there from 2 ama till 10 am. No alternate accommodation was provided nor they apologized.

No wifi signal, waiting for room service, no towels given when room was cleaned, extremely noisy from events (past 12am).

Location and food

Worst service and staff. Bathroom light was flickering and told them 1st night. It was not corrected in 3 nights, I stayed there.1 night there was no hot water, and the next day after fixing, it was still not hot. It was Luke warm.Ky check was 2 pm, but I got the room at 6 pm, answer was "someone had late check out"At the morning of check out, asked the front desk to send Bell Boy for luggage pick up. The answer was to wait 20 minutes, answer, they did not have any staff.

Very poor facilities.

Property needs to be addressed for cleaning. Tried to save money for not providing the necessary needs in the bathroom. You have to ask them.

Hi, I’ve stayed here on a few occasions. Location is perfect. The restaurant food is absolutely amazing top quality. The Service is 10 out of 10 very attentive. but the rooms are very dated nothing‘s been updated since my last visit five years ago the Wi-Fi is still quite poor.

We had booked a a manicure and full body massage the room was extremely cold. The treatment is very poor. I made a complaint to the manager who was very poor in dealing with the whole situation and made me pay for the full treatment and said I’ll get a discount on the next visit, I’m afraid I will not be staying at the hotelagain on my next visit due to the poor customer service and a lack of understanding from the manager which I’m looking to email the hotel directly to raise a complaint to get any form of discount, but I will be going back to the restaurant. Has the food and service were absolutely amazing.

Location is great, right next to the main shopping areas. Easy to hail a 3 wheeler and get all around for Rs 40-50Good restaurant options and bar on ground floor. Just a short 3 wheeler ride (3 mins) there is a McDs, Pizza Hut, subway, great bar called pyramid! Also a good western shopping mall outlet and cinema. Overall the location is 100% spot-on

Staff are good and attentive, but some such as room service meal ordering don’t seem to understand all requests. Could do with a bit of training - not a show stopper though! Rooms feel a bit dated - could do with an upgrade. Bathrooms should have extra towels and face towels. AC should be available for cooling at any season - especially when temperature is over 20*c outside - room becomes very stuffy and hot at night.

Everything and breakfast especially unorganised, no seating available nobody to greet you and sit u down very unprofessional

The staff was pleasant and the location of the hotel was very convenient for me.

The air conditioning in the room was not in our control, this kept dropping even though we initially mentioned to the reception staff, this happened every day of my stay, I complained in the end but the staff didn't seem to phased by this which was unfortuante.

The staff were all amazing. Friendly and helped with all our needs. They kindly gave 2 of our rooms an upgrade which were exceptional. Thank you.
